Work behavior

On 12/28/2020 I was shopping with my family and I have 3 young girls who are under the age of 11 with me. We walk in Athlete-Street Town Center and the first thing we see are workers doing booty dancing in the back of the store. One of the ladies started laughing and walk away into the back room. This is poor behavior in a workplace. We walked out the store. I did not find that type of behavior amusing at all. I assure you I will never bring my family back.

Miss I'm sure you are referring to Athleta at Bridge Street Town Center. I know this to be true because I use to work for the company.

It's like that all the time when the GM isn't around. The Assistant Manager is the ring leader. I have the proof to show everyone this is how the Assistant Manager conducts herself at work other than slandering Associates behind each other back.

My good friend left the company over it. This has always been this type of behavior, Unfortunately, I have witnessed worse.

Never received card but need to pay bill

I need to pay the bill but can't because I don't have the security code on the back because I don't have the card. I had to call and pay over the phone.

Terrible customer service!

I ordered face masks and after 3 weeks of not receiving the order I called customer service to cancel my order (they said my order has been lost in shipment). Customer service asked if I wanted to reorder, and I did. 4 days later, I received notification that the face masks had been delivered to an address in NY. I live in SC. When I called customer service to cancel my order they said there was a TN address listed for delivery. Because I could not verify the TN address they could not cancel the order. Disputes

Dispute this charge, returned 3 items by UPS mail and called Venus and they have not processed a refund nor an exchange or merchant credit. Disputing charge from Venus for $99.25 on 8/9/21.

I was charged 10.00 shipping on the last order I placed online.

I placed an order for the salutation jogger and the Brooklyn jogger online and I was charged 10.00 shipping. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you

Poor customer service

I made an order in the store thought everything was fine I later got an email saying that my order was canceled. When I called back Customer Service to question why it was canceled they said that mightve been a glitch in the system. Then they said that they would offer me a 10% discount to place another order online. I asked if they could check if they were any other stores that might have inventory they said that they could give me the phone numbers and I can call them. After speaking to a manager she finally offered to call a couple of stores but nothing Was resolved Was resolved was resolved

User's recommendation: Offer better customer service after you cancel and order for no reason.

Terrible customer service.

I placed an order in the store she said everything went through fine and then I get an email which I didnt see for several days saying that the order was canceled. When I called to ask why they said sometimes those things happen and no one offered to see if there was any availability of the item in any of the stores they wanted to give me phone numbers to call and offer me a 10% discount. I advise them Ive been in retail for years and thats terrible Customer Service when you should do everything you can for the customer when already theyve Had a problem Very dissatisfied had an issue and here I aM 0

User's recommendation: If you cancel an item see if you can get shopped From another store don’t make the customer do it.

Customer service

ATHLETA's credit card customer service is the WORST. WATCH OUT! I strongly advise you to think twice before accepting a card from them. They've hung up on me three times now, and all I'm trying to do is pay my bill. This happened every time I go pay my bill.

Sizing of clothes and availabilty

Is Athleta becoming a Plus size company? The past few times I've been in their stores all the sizes are either super small or super big. Hardly ever see Medium and Large sizes. When I place orders in the store to be mailed to my house I get an e-mail a few days later saying they are sold out and for my trouble they give me a 10% coupon. What good is 10% off nothing!!! I'm all for having a larger variety of sizes, just why are they alienating their current customers in the process.

Correction of shipped to wrong address

Athleta - Correction of shipped to wrong address
Somehow my order got shipped to my granddaughters old address at 7412 Abby Marle Dr. W., Lafayette, IN, 47906. Ive ordered other things from Athleta and never had that shipping address show up so I wasnt looking for it. I got a notification today that my order was delivered.Your system says its due to be delivered the 16th and nothing can be done until then and Illl have to call back again! There must be a better way since I have the notification its been delivered

Resolved back order

Item ordered is back ordered till September, and mentioned other accurate order numbers, so was credible. I can wait.

Incorrect order received

I thought I received only a partial order but it turns out the website was selling it separately. The customer service was very nice though and resolved the issue well.

Returned a new item for a Refund, wrong size

I sent a return to Athleta in Early June 2021 , with a return label generated from Athleta. After 2 months I have no news, NO Credit on my card , no Help from Athleta customer service, even though Ive called them many times ( taken me Hours) to try to solve this problem. Finally today I talked to Karen in the credit card dept. She said she would generate a dispute that takes # months. would generate a d

Return Issue

Returned items via USPS which Athleta received June 28, 2021. Received an email this morning stating they had just received my return, July 12, 2021 and the return will take up to 10 days for a credit to the credit card. I am not sure what they are doing over the last 25 days. I will never buy again from them!
