I have ordered the same thing four times since June and received the same WRONG item each time. I am so done. I have been kind and respectful each time without an answer on why this keeps happening.

I have ordered the same item four times and received the same WRONG item and returned it each time. I have requested to speak with a supervisor - nope.

This item is not available in stores so I am stuck but really it is about someone not paying attention to what is on the order and what is put in the package - two different descriptions.

the item is still listed online so it a regular offering not a special. I will NEVER order online from Athleta again if this is how they deal with order fulfillment (or non-fulfillment actually) because as "they" say, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome.

I was given a pair of leggings last Christmas for a gift, they didnt fit me so I called customer service and explained that I didnt have the order number or anything other than the item with the tags still attached and I realized that they couldnt refund money, I only wanted credit to purchase something else from the online store so they sent me a shipping label to send them back I received proof of delivery and I still have received nothing not even a smoke signal. When I call or chat now they say without the order number they cant help me!

I asked to send my item back after about 20 different calls. Chats, and emails and they cant do that either so I feel like they basically stole

About $100 from me because the leggings were about $80 plus tax.

Terrible exchange policy and customer service experience. I bought my SO a gift from Athleta from the wrong size and she needed to return it.

First off they required her to call to initiate an exchange, which theres no justification. When she did they refused to exchange it because it had been more than 30 days since my purchase. I could *possibly* understand not refunding a gift after 30 days even though thats a bad policy and outside modern standards. But not exchanging an unused product for a size that fits?

What exactly do they expect her to do?

Worst customer service experience I can remember. Well never buy another Athleta product again.

No acknowledgement from Athleta!!

I followed their directions to a T, returned slacks to customer service for review on May 30, and was told to allow at least 30 days for the final outcome and 14 days for an acknowledgment. I have received nothing from this company acknowledging receipt of my package that was sent as they requested.

It is now 49 days since my package was sent to them. I don't deserve to be treated in this manner, I have been a long-time customer of this company.

They need to revamp their customer service. This is totally unacceptable.

Will not refund my missing items

I buy a lot of my clothing items from the Gap family of brands, especially during their sales. I've noticed that every time I place a HUGE order (at least $500), there is always a missing item.

This was never an issue as they have always taken care of it by either refunding me or sending me the missing item. On my last order, which was over $800, a few days after having placed smaller orders totaling around $500, I was missing 5 items totaling almost $250. I contacted Athleta, they had me file a claim form, and the next day they got back to me saying that they were denying my claim. I contacted them again 3 times after that, and their agents were unable to help me as well.

Basically, they were saying I was out of luck, and would have to take it up with my credit card company. Suffice it to say, I will not be buying anything from them again.

Denied credit card promotion

On April 1, 2024, I shopped at the store in Denville, NJ. I spent $440.00 and was encouraged by their sales associate to open a credit card to save 20% which she quoted would be $88.10 in savings.

I agreed, was approved, but the price never came down. Associate assured me I would see it in my bill. Everything fit, I misplaced the receipt. I logged in to set up my account and found that my email address was incorrect.

I changed it, but of course never received my emailed receipt. The bill came-NO DISCOUNT WAS APPLIED. I called Barclays whom the card was under, they told me to call the store, the store told me without a receipt I was out of luck (I work in retail, so I know everything is stored for 30 days, and this is still less than 30 days).

I disputed the charge with Barclays-again they declined to help. Advice: DO NOT OPEN A CREDIT CARD WITH ATHLETA!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was finally able to find the receipt and the temporary shopping pass they awarded meβ€”-I was able to get refunded $74.30 instead of the $88.10 that I was promised, but I took the loss and closed the credit card they talked me into opening, it was totally an untrained sales associate issue. Thank you for your help.

I opened a credit card on 4/1/24 at the Athleta store n Danville, NJ. I was traveling through New Jersey and stopped.

I was encouraged to open a credit card as I spent $440.50 and was promised a 20% discount. My application was approved and the associate assured me the discount would show up in the bill. It did not. All clothing fit and all tags and receipt were discarded.

My email was recorded incorrectly in the store so I can not access the receipt that way. The store told me they are unable to help me to get the $88.10 discount I was promised. Barclays also denied any help.

I am hoping that you may be able to honor the 20% discount that was promised to me. I do have the temporary pass to prove I opened the card.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was looking to exchange a tank top from a recent purchase at the Mission Viejo CA location and it was over the 30 day return/exchange deadline. I understand the policy has a time frame.

But I wasnt interested in getting my money back, just getting a smaller size, which the same color and smaller size was sitting ON THE RACK! My item still had tags on and in brand new condition. Again, I wasnt looking to get my money back, just get the right size, which was hanging right there on the rack! AND I had three other items I was looking to buy, so they were also turning away additional business!

Manager said they couldnt help me. UNBELIEVABLE!

I have never heard of such a rigid, anti-customer policy! Thanks to this experience, I will never shop at Athleta or any other Gap brand and will tell everyone of this horrible experience!!

Cancelled orders constantly

I love Athleta clothes, but I dont love their customer service. I have had my last 4 orders cancelled on me and this has been an ongoing issue.

I have the Athleta credit card, nothing wrong with the card. Despite multiple calls I cant get a root cause and no one at Athleta seems to care, when you ask for their escalation team you are put on hold for too long and give up.

Its truly the worst on line shopping experience I have ever experienced. Complete waste of my precious time.
