What a nightmare of a company!!! Do not place an order via the internet or the phone.

Poor communication between phone orders and store orders. If you order over the phone they will call a store to ship your merchandise if the warehouse does not have it in stock then they lose the order. Lost merchandise. No records of orders.

Argumentative customer service staff including the managers. I spent 1 hr. 40 min. trying to get a refund over the phone & track down where the merchandise is.

Also hugely overpriced merchandise for the fit and quality. Can get the same quality from Target or JCPenny.

Monetary Loss: $100.
