I ordered an item and paid an extra $7 dollars for shipping. When I didn't receive the item 9 days later, I called and was told that shipping meant that UPS delivered the item to USPS.

The item was hung up in this transfer and I never received it. Customer service promised me that it would be sent overnight so that I would have it the next day for a gift. The item was not shipped and the excuse was that the warehouse was backed up.

The customer service person was rude and defensive. She said that they sent an email explaining the delay- I never received the email as if it would have made a difference.
