It’s been horrible, four customer service contacts I wanted a refund for an item they couldn’t ship, I purchased the item with an E gift card so I wanted credit. All four said they weren’t allowed to do that. They each gave me a different number to call and not one of the numbers worked. It’s also shady a company that large should have no problem doing a refund transaction or anything I would never shop there unless they were right at the store.
