I received notice my package had arrived. Checked the door and my Ring and no package.

I waited a couple days as the message said it might still be a couple hours to actually receive the package after having been noticed it was delivered. Still no package. Sent a complaint online. Within 1/2 hour received an email that my complaint was denied and to please go the website to continue shopping.

There was a number provided so I called that and was told it was denied theres nothing I can do. Youll have to deal with your credit card company. Terrible customer service. Still no product.

I did make a claim with my credit card company. Will never shop here again.

I ordered two swimsuit tops and two bottoms and they only sent the bottoms. So zero out of the two tops I ordered arrived although it says they were all packaged together and "delivered." All you can do is submit a claim form online, so I called thinking this is an easy fix as the items obviously were not included, but nope they wanted me to pay for them and order them again but will do nothing to help me actually get the items I paid for and ordered.

Don't give them your money, would never expect scammy behavior like this from Athleta but here we are.

Package was obviously nearly empty minus the bottoms when it arrived, it clearly had almost nothing in it. Now I can't get what I ordered unless I PAY FOR IT AGAIN, and their only solution was to give me %15 off my next order, as if I'd want to give them more money when they don't even deliver what I ordered and will do nothing to get me the items I bought and paid for.

Good luck trying to pay your bill

1. Prompter- continually rotates- go no where.

No monthly bill so who knows what you owe

3. Website to go to to actually pay the bill. That took about 45 minutes to find.

4. Customer service- Nice lady but I had to have her repeat everything twice as her accent was too strong.

Probably why she sent this link. I got frustrated as Im at work and I thought I could pay a billl in ten minutes and it took over an hours d several attempts to actually do it.

6. Hey athleta- maybe let us know youre changing all the billing process.

Maybe have a clear Google lead to billings-set up online so people know where to go to pay a bill. Thats it.

If you google, athlete payment, if is the first entry that comes up to pay bill. There should be a 1-866 number on back of card to pay by phone.

If not after third entry after googling, athlete payment, it is the first question under “people also ask”. Hit right drop down and phone number comes up.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They accepted my gift card for merchandise- no apology or offers

I was sent a gift card email, and since we dont have an athletic in our state parentheses Louisiana and parentheses I took it the next time I went to New York City. The Midtown Broadway store refused to accept my receipt and he said they wanted the plastic gift card.

I did not have a plastic gift card. I left the merchandise and then call customer service Athleta and had it explained to me what it was exactly that they needed. A lot of contacts and Internet work. We were finally able to get the numbers that the store wanted.

Im going to return to the store and hopefully they will accept what I now have.

Their attitude was not at all customer oriented and really the online people also were not customer oriented but did help more than the store people. I do not understand why you need two sets of people to issue a credit card and why you cant be given just one set of numbers when the information is sent you

I ordered a pair of leggings and the tracking number keeps being pushed ahead further and further. UPS does not recognize the tracking number as well. Customer service number for recent orders keeps getting disconnected so I had to do a round about way to speak to a person who was of no assistance. This has happened to me for online orders in the past, multiple times. If it's not in the store, don't buy it!

I have been trying email, phone and chat to get someone from athleta to cancel and refund an order that is clearly lost as it has not changed status in over two weeks. It's absolutely useless I"m either hung up on, placed on endless hold or walked around in a circle, absolutely horrible customer service and I'm still waiting on az resolution

I ordered the Elation Flare Pant. I already have 3 Athleta pants all of them size M. The Elation M I could barely get up over my hips. They are exactly what I want. I am 5'8"and 124 lbs. I'm afraid to order a L, but I would have if you just exchanged them for a different size I was told I couldn't exchange and had to pay shipping again for a replacement order. that is not fair..

Athleta Visit and Experience

Hello, I am a long time fan of the brand. I have CC for GAP and banana and I have never tried athleta.

I usually purchase Lululemon. I went into the store yesterday and fell in love. I was told it wasnt like Gap and they dont do promotions or anything for new members so when I purchased and they didnt have my size I placed 3 orders online with an hour of eachother with my member free shipping. I then found out there was 20 percent off for new customers.

I tried to reach customer service right away to cancel and redo my orders but could not reach anyone that could help me. I asked for a manager and manager called me then disconnected me and never called me back. I reached another manager and she said was too late to cancel. And she could only do 20 percent on the one order.

She would not honor the one time combination for a first time customer who is loyal to the brand. It was a horrible customer service experience.

I was almost ready to make the jump from Lulu but not with how I was treated. I spent over 600 dollars yesterday and deserved better service.
